Hey there… My name is Jenny DiNoia :). I grew up in a small town called Meriden, CT. I started my career young, when I was cast as a local kid at 6 years old in the National Tour of “The King and I” Starring Stacy Keach and Mary Beth Peil - and I was hooked! While growing up, I found myself the most comfortable on stage dancing, but also sang in school and church choirs. When it was time to go to college, I decided to go to school as a Dance Major but after some time, I realized I wanted to see what NYC was really like and I made the big move there! I was lucky enough to be cast in my first BIG professional job - The 1st National Tour of “Mamma Mia!” in the Ensemble, understudying the role of Ali. From there, I joined as an original member of the Las Vegas Production of Queens “We Will Rock You” as an Ensemble member and eventually understudied and stood by for the role of Scaramouche. After a year and a half in Vegas, my “Wicked” journey began in the Chicago Production as a dancer swing. I slowly moved my way into understudying the role of Elphaba, then Standing By, and the rest is history (14+ years later…). At this point, I’ve now played the role of Elphaba in 7 different companies, spanning 4 countries - which I am still dumbfounded even saying (or typing) - but it’s more than any other actress in the shows history. My most important role really started in November of 2015, when I became a Mom to my beautiful (now 5 year old daughter) Joules. It’s definitely a whole new world, especially these days, juggling this business with being a parent. It’s been a wild ride but I’m excited to continue forward and take you all along with me :)
